    木蘭花咖啡產於Irazu火山的鄰近地區，這個由火山孕育出的精品咖啡被視為哥斯大黎加的「波爾多」這塊區域位於太平洋的分水嶺，
具有明顯的乾、溼季平均雨量是2250公釐，一年當中降雨的天數是155天左右，在這樣環境下生產出的咖啡豆較為堅硬，且空隙極小。
做為三水河產區最知名的咖啡莊園之一，木蘭花咖啡一直在世界上享有極高的知名度，同時在生豆的處理程序上保有一貫的謹慎態度和優良傳統。
