Description

使用說明： 

新購買的濾布使用前須放入冷水中浸泡，擰乾後再行使用，

濾布使用後用清水仔細清洗，浸入冷水中放入冰箱保存，以免濾布氧化，

每天必須更換浸泡濾布的水，避免水垢堵住濾布毛細孔，

為防止異味產生，請勿使用乾燥的濾布沖泡咖啡，使用前請先以溫開水沖泡充分擰乾後使用。


使用方法：

將研磨好的咖啡粉放入濾袋，建議使用中細研磨，一人份( 120CC )約需要10-12克的咖啡粉

悶蒸-先倒入少量熱水，讓全部咖啡粉沾濕並多出約1CM，使咖啡膨脹悶20-30秒

由中心向外側畫圓注入第二次熱水使其冒出細泡，當中央面比周圍稍下降時再注入第三次熱水

完整萃取需注入熱水3~5次
